Control group:Health education, Online and offline
Intervention group 1:Based on the control group, knowledge promotion is carried out through social networks using fragmented time, and literacy levels are assessed regularly.
Intervention group 2:Building on Intervention Group 1, pilot employees assess the average literacy level in groups and, along with incentive mechanisms, enhance employees' initiative in learning.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Employees aged 16 to 59, employed for half a year or more, can understand the content of the questionnaire and are willing to participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students; retirees; individuals unwilling to participate.
