Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with alopecia areata at Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine between October 2015 and October 2025, regardless of age and sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have received treatments that may affect hair loss (such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy) within the past 3 months. 2.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or malignant tumors.
