Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with one or more chronic diseases, mainly common ones such as diabetes, obesity and hypertension. 2. No previous history of mental illness or family history. 3. Normal vision and hearing, with effective communication skills and certain learning and comprehension abilities. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from acute complications of chronic diseases. 2. Severe organogenous lesions caused by chronic diseases cannot cooperate with the research. 3. Have drug or alcohol dependence. 4. There are contraindications for exercise therapy.
