Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment; 3. Living at home and receiving management from a community health service center for more than 1 month; 4. Living with family members; 5. Able to understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from dementia or severe mental/neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 2. Having severe auditory or visual impairments that affect assessment; 3. Participated in other cognitive intervention studies or received similar interventions within the past 6 months.
