60 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 60 and 85 years; 2.Diagnosed with OSA or non-OSA using a portable diagnostic device or a standard laboratory polysomnograph; 3.Complete clinical data available; 4.Having undergone carotid artery plaque tracking examinations as well as TCS tests; 5.Agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 85 years; 2. Presence of sleep disorders other than OSA, such as narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, sleep deprivation, circadian rhythm disorders, mental illnesses, etc.; 3. The presence of other diseases that affect nighttime blood oxygen saturation; 4. Presence of severe functional abnormalities or organic diseases in important organs such as the heart, brain, liver, or kidneys; severe endocrine system disorders; or the presence of malignant tumors. 5. Any degree of consciousness disorder; 6. In cases where satisfactory images cannot be obtained due to poor acoustic transmission or partial transmission through the temporal bone window.
