65 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with elective femoral intertrochanteric fracture, intertrochanteric fracture or subtrochanteric fracture; 2. Age >=65 years old, male or female; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-IV; 4. Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with evident dementia who fail the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) prior to surgery; 2. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairments who cannot engage in basic communication; 3. Patients who have taken antibiotics within one week of the surgery date.
