Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meeting the criteria for non-severe aplastic anemia. 2.Received medical treatment at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to December 2024. 3.The patient has a whole exome sequencing report after diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical data: Exclude patients lacking necessary clinical information or unable to provide sufficient details for accurate analysis. 2.Lost to follow-up patients.
