Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2.condition is stable, FMA score =12; 3.signed informed consent; 4.first onset, with a disease course of 1–6 months; 5.age 50–75 years, any gender; 6.at least 9 years of education; 7.right-handed, with cerebral infarction lesion on the right side; 8.able to walk independently for more than 10 meters; 9.without accompanying depression, psychiatric symptoms, or other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with consciousness disorders, severe vision, hearing, or speech impairments, or those unable to complete other health assessments; 2.those with other types of brain diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, brain tumors, etc.) or other conditions limiting gait; 3.those unable to comply with study procedures; 4.those with tumors, severe organ or endocrine system diseases, etc. 5.individuals younger than 50 or older than 75 years, or with a disease duration of less than 1 month or more than 6 months; 6.and those unable to tolerate the study process for other reasons and did not complete it.
