18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 65 years old; 2.BMI: 19-25 kg/m^2; 3.ASA classification I to II; 4. First-time laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known to be allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2. Patients with severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, and heart failure; 3. Unable to cooperate with the scoring and scale assessment; 4. Contraindications for transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (such as history of pacemaker implantation, ulceration or infection at the acupoint adhesion site, etc.); 5. Severe liver and kidney function abnormalities; 6. History of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesic drugs; 7. Abnormal coagulation function.
