Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MCI diagnosis based on formal neurocognitive tests (Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score between 17 and 25) 2. Age 50 and above, gender is not limited. 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the U.S. DIAGNOSTIC AND STATISTICAL MANUAL OF MENTAL DISORDERS, V. V. (DSM-V), (1) The patient complains of dissatisfaction with sleep quality or sleep duration, and the symptoms include: inability to fall asleep, early awakening, difficulty maintaining stable sleep (frequent awakenings at night, difficulty falling back asleep after waking up). (2) Insomnia disorder causes obvious clinical symptoms or impairs social, occupational, educational, behavioral and other functions. (3) The above symptoms occur more than 3 times/week. (4) The above symptoms have lasted for at least 3 months. (5) having adequate sleep opportunities and a good sleeping environment, and (6) complaining of at least one daytime negative effect (such as fatigue, impaired functioning, or mood disturbance) that can be attributed to poor sleep. (7) The above symptoms cannot be explained by other sleep-wake disorders (such as narcolepsy, respiratory-related sleep disorders, circadian rhythm sleep disorders, parasomnias). (8) The above symptoms are not caused by a drug or substance (such as drug abuse). (9) Insomnia symptoms are not secondary to physical or psychiatric disorders. 4. Able to read and understand Chinese, and able to use electronic devices. 5. There are no obvious psychological stress events, and there are no serious life and psychological events that interfere with sleep in the near future (except for fear of sleep). 6. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently suffering from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental disorders that affect sleep. 2. Suffering from severe intellectual disability or physical disease. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Have a history of epilepsy or have suffered a brain injury. 5. Currently engaged in cross-time zone, night shift or shift work. 6. Received cognitive-behavioral treatment for insomnia in the past. 7. Other circumstances that are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
