Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 16 and 80 years; 2. Patients who have lived in the local area for a long time (residence time >=5 years); 3. Patients with stable conditions and no severe systemic diseases; 4. Complete clinical data; 5. Patients who have given informed consent and signed the relevant consent forms for endoscopy, HP culture, and drug susceptibility testing; 6. At least one positive result on the 13C-urea breath test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to gastroscopy or those who have difficulty cooperating with the procedure; 2. Patients who have previously undergone gastrointestinal surgery or have gastrointestinal malignancies; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal ulcer perforation, or pyloric obstruction; 4. Patients who have taken antibiotics, bismuth agents, traditional Chinese medicine, proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, P-CABs, or other drugs that may affect test results within the past month; 5. Patients with severe underlying conditions such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or severe psychiatric disorders; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Drug allergies: patients allergic to study medications including penicillin, PPIs, furazolidone, or potassium bismuth citrate.
