Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Insomnia Disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2. Scores > 10 on the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI); 3. Reports an average sleep efficiency of < 85% based on a one-week sleep diary; 4. Aged 18 years or older; 5. Able to participate regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome); 2. Dementia or significant cognitive impairment; 3. Epilepsy, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia; 4. Severe physical illness or planned major surgery in the near future; 5. Suicidal ideation within the past two months; 6. Engaged in night-shift, early-morning shift, or rotating shift work; 7. Planning for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or lactating; 8. Currently receiving psychotherapy specifically for insomnia.
