18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Accept painless gastroscopy examination; Age >= 18 years old <= 65 years old; ASA Level I or II; Body mass index (BMI) is 18-30kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA Level III or above, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease complications including ECG abnormalities (QTc interval>470 ms), uncontrollable diabetes, etc; Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Pregnant; Long term use of drugs that may affect analgesic response (central alpha adrenergic drugs, antiepileptic drugs, nerve inhibitors, antidepressants, antipsychotics); Allergies to propofol, oxaliplatin, and sufentanil; Preoperative hemodynamic instability and high inhalation risk identified by the anesthesia team.
