Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with tuberculosis were selected as research subjects (age >=18 years, clinically diagnosed with active tuberculosis), and the diagnostic criteria were based on the "Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis (WS 288—2017)". For OBI samples: chemiluminescence was used to detect hepatitis B serological markers (HBsAg), and fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect serum HBV-DNA. Samples with HBV-DNA >20 IU/mL and HBsAg negative were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluding those with co-infection of HIV/HCV, cirrhosis, liver cancer, or other severe liver diseases; excluding malignant tumors and severe wasting diseases; excluding those who have recently received immunosuppressive therapy before being included in the study.
