Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 90 years; 2.Diagnosed with coronary heart disease; 3. Complete clinical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant impairment of hepatic or renal function (liver transaminases exceeding three times the upper limit of normal or end-stage chronic kidney disease with glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min); 2. History of cardiac surgery, severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease (NYHA Class III-IV heart failure, cardiogenic shock, or respiratory failure); 3. Severe diseases in other systems (e.g., hyperthyroidism, active infections, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or hematological disorders); 4. Participants lost to follow-up.
