Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients histopathologically diagnosed with urothelial carcinoma, including those with bladder cancer or renal pelvic carcinoma; 2.Able to provide intact tumor tissues and their adjacent microenvironmental tissues to meet the requirements of spatial multi-omics technical analysis; 3.The patient is able to understand and sign the informed consent form, and agrees to participate in the study and sample collection. 4.Adult patients aged 18 years and above; 5.Sample quality meets the requirements for subsequent high-throughput spatial multi-omics technical analysis (e.g., RNA quality and intact tissue preservation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of other malignant tumors (unless cured for more than 5 years); 2.Patients with urothelial carcinoma of rare or mixed histological subtypes (e.g., with squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma components); 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, active infections, or other diseases that may significantly affect the study results; 5.Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the present study;
