20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 20-45 years old; 2. After PGT-A testing, transfer one euploid blastocyst (D5/D6 blastocyst with a score>3BC); 3. Using natural cycles, modified natural cycles, hormone replacement cycles, or downregulated hormone replacement cycles for endometrial preparation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or pregnancy; 2. Patients with PGT-M, PGT-SR cycle and chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Transfer chimeric embryos or undiagnosed embryos; 4. Sperm or egg supply cycle; 5. Congenital uterine malformation, severe intrauterine adhesions, submucosal uterine fibroids, severe adenomyosis; 6. The thickness of the endometrium before transplantation is less than 6mm; 7. Patients participating in other clinical studies.
