Interventions

Intervention group :Coenzyme 1 for injection (enaid) is used in the treatment group, which is diluted with 100 ml of sodium chloride injection before use, twice a week for 3 months
Control group:The placebo group is given 100 ml of saline injection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were 60 patients, aged >= 60 years, of either sex, with signed informed consent from the patient or the primary family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute inflammatory state; 2. Combined organ dysfunction; 3. Severe arrhythmia; 4. Shock state; 5. Severe malnutrition; 6. Uncontrolled hypertension
