Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 15-18 years old; 2. The adolescent and his/her guardian must understand the experimental procedures and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from severe liver or kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disorders (such as thyroid dysfunction), or other conditions affecting lipid metabolism or intestinal function; 2, Subjects whom the investigator believes are unable or unwilling to comply with the protocol or have any other circumstances that would hinder compliance or study completion; 3. Any other circumstances that the investigator believes would hinder compliance or study completion; 4. Subjects for whom informed consent was not given.
