Ultra-fast Track Anesthesia Regimen Group:Ultra-Fast Track Anesthesia Regimen Anesthetic Induction: Sufentanil 0.3–0.5 µg/kg, etomidate 0.2 mg/kg, propofol 1–2 mg/kg, and rocuronium bromide 0.6 mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective left mini-thoracotomy off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia at the Third Hospital of Peking University from January 2026 to January 2028. 1. Age: 18-65 years old; 2. Patients with good cognitive status, able to actively cooperate and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Severe preoperative pulmonary dysfunction (e.g., FEV1% < 30% or requiring oxygen therapy); 3. Preoperative need for intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) or mechanical ventilation support; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 50%; 6. Patients who are unexpectedly discharged or refuse to participate in this study.
