Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer by prostate biopsy , with a Gleason score of 3+3, who underwent radical prostatectomy; and were clinically diagnosed with localized prostate cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other malignant tumors before prostate biopsy; patients who have taken 5a-reductase inhibitors orally for more than 3 months before biopsy; patients with incomplete data.
