Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.[Normal population (control group)] Aged 18-80 years, matched with the age of the patient population; healthy volunteers for outpatient physical examination (no recent antibiotic use, no autoimmune system diseases). 2.[Patient population (study group)]: Patients aged between 18 and 80 years with acute pancreatitis who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Atlanta criteria for acute pancreatitis; with good compliance, patients or their families are able to understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in this study, and maintain their current lifestyle during the study period, providing written informed consent; with complete medical records and regular follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 2.Lost to follow-up; 3.Patients with severe organic diseases, such as malignant tumors, acute myocardial infarction, or large-area cerebral infarction; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Failure to provide signed informed consent.
