Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Comply with the HIV/AIDS diagnostic criteria in the "AIDS Diagnosis Guidelines (Fifth Edition)"; Positive HIV antibody screening test and positive HIV supplementary test (positive antibody supplementary test or positive nucleic acid qualitative test or nucleic acid quantitative > 5000 copies /mL); Has an epidemiological history or AIDS-related clinical manifestations, and has tested positive for HIV nucleic acid twice. The HIV isolation test is positive. 4. It conforms to the definition criteria and staging of CKD by the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) in 2012. CKD refers to an abnormality in the structure or function of the kidneys that persists for more than three months and affects health. Markers of renal injury (one or more) include: glomerular filtration rate (GFR) =30mg/g, abnormal urine sediment; Electrolyte and other abnormalities caused by renal tubular diseases; Histological abnormalities detected; Structural abnormalities detected through imaging examinations, etc. Among them, the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated based on the new CKD-EPI equation developed by the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration of the United States. In stage 1, eGFR > 90 ml/ (min·1.73m^2) Indicates normal or elevated renal function; Stage 2, eGFR 60-89mL/(min·1.73m^2), with a mild decline in renal function; Stage 3, eGFR30-59mL/(min·1.73m^2), moderate decline in renal function; Stage 4, eGFR15-29 ml /(min·1.73m^2), severe decline in renal function; Stage 5, eGFR <15mL/(min·1.73m^2) renal failure.
