60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with COPD according to the Chinese Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Revision). 3. Presence of frailty (assessed by Fried Tilburg phenotype criteria: Tilburg>=5 4. Good cognitive function. 5. Proficient in using WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of conditions that affect exercise or contraindications to physical activity; 2. Concurrent participation in another interventional research study.
