Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hypertensive patients aged >=65 years; 2. Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III; 3. plan to undergo elective non-cardiac surgery; 4.Provided written informed consent by either the patient or their legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; 2. Uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension; 3. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4. Neurocognitive or psychiatric disorders; 5. Known allergies or contraindications to benzodiazepines, opioids, or ciprofol; 6. History of alcohol abuse, benzodiazepine, or opioid addiction; 7. Patients with potential difficult airways.
