Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old, with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?-?. 2.Confirmed to undergo cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) cardiac surgery . 3.Normal preoperative renal function: serum creatinine = 60 ml/(min·1.73m^2). 4.New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional classification I-III. 5.Patients and their family members are fully informed and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative chronic renal insufficiency (requiring renal replacement therapy) or a history of renal transplantation; 2.Hypersensitivity to anticoagulants (heparin); 3.Inability to complete intraoperative monitoring of urinary oxygen partial pressure or renal resistive index (RRI) (e.g., abdominal distension interfering with ultrasound examination); 4.Complicated with severe arrhythmia (second-degree or higher atrioventricular block) or left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%; 5.Complicated with severe infection (e.g., sepsis) or autoimmune disease (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus); 6.Incomplete medical records precluding data collection.
