18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes and are confirmed to have diabetic foot ulcers; 2. Patients with Wagner grade 2-4; 3. Aged 18-80, conscious, and able to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, or malignant tumors; 2. Those who have recently used immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids; 3. Patients requiring amputation due to extensive limb necrosis; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Individuals with poor compliance or who withdraw from the trial midway.
