18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the indications for gastrointestinal ESD.2.Patients with an estimated post-ESD wound long diameter of >= 30 mm and/or the presence of a perforated wound.3.Age between 18 and 80 years.4.Patients who plan to undergo long-term follow-up at our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lesions that do not meet the indications for gastrointestinal ESD.2.Patients with poor general condition who cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery.3.Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.4.Patients with coagulation disorders (abnormalities in blood coagulation function).5.Patients unable to sign the informed consent form.
