Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20 and above; 2. Women admitted to our hospital in the third trimester of pregnancy (28-40 gestational weeks); 3. Pregnant women who do not plan to move out of Shanghai within five years; 4. Pregnant women who plan to establish a file and give birth in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with intellectual disorders; 2. High-risk pregnancy (suffering from diseases that may affect the neurodevelopment of the fetus, such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, etc.); 3. Pregnant women with organic psychosis or mental symptoms induced by physical diseases; 4. Pregnant women with hepatic/renal diseases or thyroid metabolic disorders; 5. Pregnant women or their spouses with special family genetic disease history; 6. Neonates with conditions potentially affecting neurocognitive development, such as Apgar score <7 or birth weight <2500g; 7.Twin or multiple births; 8. Neonates with hearing abnormalities.
