Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. There are typical symptoms and/or signs of heart failure (such as shortness of breath, edema, etc.); 3. Echocardiography showed impaired systolic and/or diastolic function; 4. Elevated serum BNP/NT proBNP; 5. Among the above standards, articles 3 and 4 shall meet at least one of them; However, if there is only diastolic dysfunction, Article 4 (BNP/NT proBNP increase) shall be met at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Atrial fibrillation was diagnosed before the use of dapagliflozin; 2. Heart failure caused by various special types of cardiomyopathy, such as myocardial amyloidosis ATTR Valbray disease, etc. (excluding traditional dilated heart); 3. Acute myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months; 4. Combined with other contraindications of dapagliflozin, such as type 1 diabetes, drug allergy, severe urinary tract infection, etc; 5. Combined with malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other end-stage diseases; 6. Dagliejing was used, but the continuous treatment course was less than 90 days; 7. Patients with persistent or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation at the first diagnosis of heart failure.
