Stellate ganglion block group:Place the ultrasound probe horizontally on the surface of the sternocleidomastoid muscle at the level of the cricoid cartilage notch, and scan to the level of the C6 vert

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. APAIS score > 13 points; 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III; 4. Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with altered mental status unsuitable for scale assessment; 2. Infection at the injection site; 3. Allergy to the injected medication; 4. Patients refusing participation in the trial; 5. Patients refusing postoperative analgesia.
