Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18–80 years 2.ASA physical status classification I–III 3.Patients scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic surgery 4.Voluntarily participated in the study after providing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with impaired ability to communicate pain sensations 2. Recent use of sedatives or anesthetic agents 3. Severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g., heart, liver, or kidneys) 4.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for study participation 5.Any disorder that may compromise cooperation during the study 6.Known allergy to related anesthetic drugs 7.Contraindications to paravertebral blockade
