Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age greater than 18 years; 2.No limit to gender; 3.From January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2025, he underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple metastases of cancer have been performed beforehand; 2.Previous chest (lung, mediastinum, breast, etc.) related surgery in an external hospital; 3.Patients with pathological findings of small cell lung cancer or metastatic malignancy; 4.Patients with persistent pain before surgery or long-term use of analgesics, anxiolytics, insomnia drugs, or other substance abuse history or dependence; 5.History of reoperation within three months in the same area; 6.Patients with incomplete clinical data or lost follow-up, refusal, or death;
