Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.hospitalized patients with acute/chronic heart failure meeting the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure"; 3.complete baseline (within 24 hours of admission) liver function (ALT, AST, PLT) and renal function test records available in our hospital for calculating liver fibrosis scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severely incomplete clinical data, making it impossible to calculate key scores or determine endpoint events; 2.Those with acute hepatitis, decompensated cirrhosis, liver cancer, or other active liver diseases; 3.Those with severe hematologic diseases, advanced malignant tumors, or other non-cardiac diseases with an expected lifespan of <1 year; 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
