45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with single-level lumbar spondylolisthesis whose clinical symptoms correlate with radiographic findings, and with a Meyerding grade 3 months; 3. Age >= 45 years; 4. Complete follow-up records; 5. Postoperative follow-up >=12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery; 2. Patients suffering from ankylosing spondylitis, spinal infections, spinal trauma, spinal tumours, or rheumatic diseases; 3. Patients unsuitable for surgery, such as those with severe medical conditions, coagulation disorders, or serious infectious diseases; 4. Incomplete follow-up records or pre- and post-operative imaging data.
