40 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1.A patient diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear based on shoulder MRI and clinical presentation, and who has undergone surgical treatment; 2. Willing to sign an informed consent form; 3. Between 40 and 80 years of age and of sound mind; 4.Proficient in using WeChat. Careerist: 1.Over 18 years of age; 2.Has cared for the patient for over 3 months; 3.Proficient in using Wehat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1.Diagnosed with a large rotator cuff tear, with a tear size > 5 cm; 2.Have a history of (familial) depressive disorder or mental abnormality; 3. Have consciousness disorders or cognitive function disorders and are unable to cooperate; 4.Other patients who are unable to cooperate with the doctor's examination. Caregivers: 1. Poor communication; 2.Unable to accompany the patient for follow-up visits and provide care for less than 3 months; 3. Have a salary relationship with the patient.
