Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) owning a private car; 2) at least 18 years old; 3) willing to accept educational services on the use of child restraint devices; 4) Able to communicate and read in Mandarin; 5) Pregnancy (spouse) must be registered in the maternity school of the recruited hospital and between 12-32 weeks of pregnancy; 6) Parents of newborns should register and receive basic public health services in the recruited communities; 7) Parents of children aged 2-3 years should register and receive the child care service in the selected child care institutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) being in the acute phase of illness or acute exacerbation of a chronic illness and unable to participate in the study activities.
