Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1 to 10 years old; 2. Primary IOL implantation for congenital/developmental cataracts in one or both eyes; 3. Guardians sign informed consent (prospective group); 4. Retrospective group: Children who received ZCB00 implantation from 2015 to 2023 and have complete data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with glaucoma, corneal lesions, and retinal diseases; 2. Previous history of ocular trauma/surgery; 3. Systemic developmental disorders syndrome (such as Down syndrome); 4. Poor follow-up compliance (high expected risk of loss to follow-up).
