Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as a perioperative patient in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery; 2. Suitable for body composition measurement using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA); 3. Willing to participate in the clinical study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, cachexia, liver or kidney disease, gastrointestinal disease, endocrine system disorder, infectious disease, or psychiatric illness; 2. Unable to continue the intervention study or likely to compromise study outcomes due to other reasons.

Basic Indicators: Such as age, gender, weight, BMI, and type of surgery.;Nutritional Status Assessment: 24-hour dietary recall, body composition analysis (Inbody S10 bioelectrical impedance analysis: total body water, fat-free mass, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mineral content, etc.), anthropometric indicators (handgrip strength, calf circumference, mid-arm muscle circumference, mid-arm circumference, triceps skinfold thickness, etc.), GLIM criteria, and patient-generated subjective global assessment (PG-SGA), validated through multiple tools.;Laboratory tests, including inflammatory markers: CRP, PCT, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-a, and serum protein levels (albumin, prealbumin, retinol-binding protein, transferrin, etc.).;Postoperative Indicators: Types and incidence of complications (e.g., liver failure, infection), length of postoperative hospital stay, and 30-day postoperative mortality rate.;	—
