Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. ASA class II–III; 3. BMI 18.5–29.9; 4. Patients scheduled to undergo abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 5. Patients scheduled for postoperative transfer to the AICU for continued care; 6. Receiving postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCA); 7. Provided written informed consent; 8. Postoperative NRS score >= 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing chronic pain or psychiatric disorders; 2. Inability to communicate due to cognitive impairment or language barriers prior to surgery; 3. Use of opioid medications within 3 days prior to surgery; 4. Long-term alcohol use; 5. Sleep apnea, or a STOP-Bang score >= 3, or acute/severe bronchial asthma; 6. Comorbid severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or autonomic nervous system diseases, and planned postoperative transfer to the general ICU; 7. Participation in other clinical trials involving drugs or medical devices within the past 3 months; 8. Pregnant or lactating women.
