Intervention group:Undergo a 5-week ACT workshop training program totaling 20 hours, comprising online self-directed learning and in-person workshops, optimized to align with the specific requirements
Control group:Receive standard palliative care training covering symptom management, communication skills, and ethical decision-making, with the same number of training hours as the intervention group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses with professional qualifications; 2. Have worked in the palliative care department for more than 1 year; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Aged 20 years or older; 5. Able to participate in the entire training and assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recently (within the past 3 months) experienced major negative life events; 2. Has severe mental disorders or is currently receiving psychological treatment; 3. Plans to take long leave or resign during the study period; 4. Participating in other interventional studies.
