Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient who visited the Stomatological Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2026 to December 2029 had OLK clinical diagnosis that met the WHO diagnostic criteria; 2. The age range is between 18-70 years old; 3. Individuals without a history of systemic diseases or other immune related illnesses; 4. The lesion site is the oral mucosa. B exclusion criteria; 1. From January 2026 to December 2029, the patients were treated in the Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Stomatological Hospital of Shanxi Medical University for tooth extraction and gingival repair; 2. The age range is 18-70 years old; 3.No history of systemic diseases or other immune diseases; 4. There was no history of olk and other oral mucosal diseases;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have used hormones and immune drugs within the past 3 months; 2. Patients with other mucosal diseases or malignant tumors in the oral cavity, and those with acute inflammation in the oral cavity, such as wisdom tooth periodontitis and gingival abscess; 3. Suffering from severe systemic diseases, having undergone bone marrow transplantation, hepatitis C virus infection, chronic lupus erythematosus, and Sjogren's syndrome. Exclusion criteria: 1. those who used hormones and immune agents within 3 months; 2. Patients with other mucosal diseases or malignant tumors in the mouth, acute inflammation in the mouth, such as pericoronitis of wisdom teeth and gingival abscess; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases, previous bone marrow transplantation, hepatitis C virus infection, chronic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome
