Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Elderly patients over 65 years old, male or female; 2? COPD: (1)meeting the 2022 GOLD diagnostic criteria: FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after bronchodilator use; (2)patients were diagnosed with COPD in tertiary or tertiary hospitals and the course of COPD was more than 1 year; (3)no adjustment of medication due to acute exacerbation in the past 3 months; 3?Frailty: according to Fried frailty phenotype assessment method, combined with reference to the recommended criteria of "Chinese expert consensus on the assessment and Intervention of Frailty in Elderly Patients", the score was 3 or more; 4?patients who can cooperate with pulmonary rehabilitation training, have communication skills, can complete the requirements of pulmonary rehabilitation under the guidance and give timely feedback; 5?normal cognitive function, clear thinking and fluent communication, and voluntarily participated in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1?patients with pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis, lung abscess, tuberculosis, lung malignant tumor, interstitial lung disease, bronchial asthma and other pulmonary diseases; 2?patients with cognitive and mental disorders, language disorders, severe hearing impairment, unable to communicate, unable to cooperate with pulmonary rehabilitation training, poor compliance, and unable to cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire survey; 3?patients with severe spinal disease, osteoarthropathy, limb movement disorder, cerebrovascular disease, lower back or limb function damage or after surgery; 4?patients with stable COPD symptoms after 6 months of treatment; 5?those who dropped out or refused to participate in the survey.
