Control group:Receive conventional PICC care, including signing the catheterization informed consent, distribution of health education manuals, and routine postoperative maintenance.
Intervention group:A bundled nursing intervention program based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Diagnosed with malignant tumor and requiring PICC insertion for chemotherapy; 3.Normal cognitive function and able to communicate effectively; 4.Willing to participate in this study and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, brain, or kidney; 2.Patients with severe mental or psychological disorders; 3.Patients with hematological diseases; 4.Patients already diagnosed with thrombosis.
