Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Absence of coronary artery anatomical variants or proximal myocardial bridging; 3. Suspected CAD patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data or follow-up information; 2. Cases with severe imaging artefacts rendering diagnosis impossible; 3. Patients with concomitant malignant tumours, haematological disorders, or autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients with severe cardiac or renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with iodine contrast medium allergy; 6. Patients who have undergone coronary stenting or coronary artery bypass grafting.
