Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 years or older. 2. Enrolled with a community health service center and participated in annual health check-ups. 3. Resided in the community for more than 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Moderate to severe cognitive impairment (lacking the ability to complete questionnaires and interviews). 2. Individuals who decline to participate in the research project.
