Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 24 years; 2. Have spinal health issues; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent; 4. No acute respiratory infections or recent (within the past 3 months) acute sports injuries, and able to cooperate with all tests and training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with congenital or secondary severe scoliosis (requiring surgical or specialized medical intervention) or severe vertebral developmental abnormalities; 2. Currently undergoing other treatments that may affect trial outcomes (such as spinal surgery, long-term medication, or other systemic rehabilitation interventions); 3. Passively avoids experimental procedures or is unable to complete training or measurements as required; 4. Has previously received the same or similar interventions as this study that could affect baseline status.
