Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old, have been working for 12 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Medical personnel who are currently on vacation, sick leave, or suspended and unable to participate in medical activities normally; 2.Medical personnel engaged in administrative management, scientific research, logistics, and other activities that are not directly related to clinical diagnosis and treatment; 3.Individuals currently taking psychiatric medications and experiencing mental disorders.
