Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood culture + blood mNGS group: 1. Blood culture indicates the exact pathogen; 2. No sequence of the infectious pathogen was found in the blood mNGS test results. Blood culture + blood mNGS + group: 1. Blood culture indicates the exact pathogen; 2. The infectious pathogen sequence was observed in the blood mNGS test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuro-psychiatric disorders
