Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton full-term delivery 2. No contraindications to breastfeeding 3. Maternal age: 18-49 years 4. Neonatal birth weight 2500-4000 g 5. Availability of at least one family member for home care 6. Residence in the pilot community during the puerperium 7. Willingness to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe complications in either the mother or the infant 2.History of maternal mental illness or cognitive impairment 3. Planning to relocate within 6 weeks postpartum 4.Participation in other intervention studies.
